ตัวหมอนใช้ผ้าชุบน้ำหมาดเช็ดทำความสะอาดอย่างสม่ำเสมอแล้วผึ่งลมให้แห้งในที่ร่ม
ปลอกหมอนสามารถซักได้ด้วยมือเพื่อถนอมผ้าหรือแยกใส่ถุงซักแล้วซักด้วยเครื่องซักผ้า
